Move like a jellyfish, Rhythm is nothin, You go with the flow, You don't stop

Day 2 cont...

I thought these were pretty cool.
We had a wonderful morning. The pups are relaxing too.

I was told Tybee was like Dawson's Creek. Boy O Boy is it ever. After we left the beach this morning, we toured ourselves around the island, checking out the scenes and all of the cool houses.

Dawson's Creek much?!?
After we toured, we came back to the cottage and made cinnamon rolls. We were going to rent bikes but Scott found a tandem bike in our shed with the tires pumped and ready to go, it was pink. Man, what a site we were. We hopped on and rode a few miles to the shops & galleries. It was fun. We were going to get a drink and app at a waterside venue but headed home, packed the cooler, made a sandwich and headed for the beach. We read, listened to music and laid in the sun. We headed back to the cottage and walked the dogs, then napped, then walked the dogs again. Scott showered and ran to the store for dinner stuff while I showered. We listened to Norah Jones and Otis Redding radio while we cooked and drank red wine. We made wedge salads, baked spaghetti, and bread. We watched food network and hung out. We cleaned up the kitchen and Scott is now napping on the couch as I type this waiting for the brownie concoction I made and am waiting to cool. This is owed to my newest obsession, Pinterest:

The cottage is full of darkness dimly lit with the glow of candles everywhere. Mmmm, can't wait to crawl in bed and read my book until my eyes fall. It was a LONG but WONDERFUL day. Nighty night.
