Breakfast, Beach and Back to the Social.

The plan for today was sunset, not sunrise...so my feet hit the floor at about 9:15 a.m. We cooked breakfast (Scott did most of it)...Omelets, maple sausage and bacon. We relaxed, walked the dogs, hopped in the car and headed...well, wherever really. We ended up on a dirt road back in the marsh at a camp like crab house. We took took it all in and just had a drink at the bar. We had light conversation with a woman who was sitting across the bar from us who asked where we were from, as well as our seasoned bartender, Boo. The woman across from us was from West Palm but has lived in Saint Augustine for 19 years. Having gone to college there myself made for fun conversation. She was headed back home tomorrow as well. I'm pretty sad to leave already but am soaking it all in. We left there and checked out another place down the road that was a sunset grill but didn't stay. We went back to the cottage and back to the beach again. We went to place on the Marsh called AJ's for sunset and then headed back to our favorite, Social, again. There was live music on the strung lightt patio.

We had apps inside and then we switched to the patio and Scott went to get the dogs. Our night was filled with tacos, sangria and music we loved. The dogs were fed treats and thoroughly enjoyed getting to come to dinner. We headed back, did some laundry and headed home in the morning.
We were sad to leave that lovely little cottage. It was the relaxing vacation I was looking for. So glad we went and it won't be our last visit to Tybee, that's for sure.
